Needing Help In The Evening With My Two Babies.

Hello all! I'm a (single) momma of two! I have 2 beautiful daughters. One is 9 (3rd grade) and the other is 1 years old. Just recently, my schedule at work has changed. I now work Monday- Friday, from 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. What's great is I get to take my daughters to school and daycare in the morning. What's unfortunate, is that I cannot pick them up. My youngest (1) daycare ends at 5 p.m. & My oldest (9) goes to an after-school program at her school which ends at 6 p.m. I don't get off until 6:30 p.m. What's even more complicated/confusing is that my youngest (1) dad and I have 50/50 custody, and he has her 2/3 times a week, so for my youngest I would just need someone to pick her up either on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday one week, or Wednesday & Thursday another week, and then vise versa. For my oldest I would need her to get picked up every day by 6 p.m. for the most part. I know this whole thing is very confusing, I currently have a nanny/babysitter who is the sweetest and picks up my oldest from school but I need help with the youngest to be picked up from daycare and I just think it'd be easier for one person to do both, or if you can old do the youngest, let me know. And my baby's daycare is located about 15 minutes up north from Mission Valley. Thank you.
