Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In San Diego.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids (ages 13, 11 and 6), but we only need help with our youngest. Our daughter has special needs- down syndrome and autism and is non verbal. We are looking for 5-10 hours per week initially. Schedule varies week to week but can be made way in advance. Weekday evenings and various times on the weeknds depending on older siblings sports schedules and events. Our sweet girl is very easy to love and easy going. She may not have words, but she communicates in many other ways. She beats to her own drum but loves to give hugs! We find having several sitters on the schedule works best since our schedule isn't consistent, so please dont hesitate to be available for only some of the time!
