Babysitter Needed For 14 Month-old Boy In Golden Hill

We need a once/week babysitter that may expand into further care based on our needs in the future. We have one 14-month-old boy. This would be our first babysitter. Initially, we are looking for more of mother's helper role to assist/accompany us while we all spend time together. The hope is to get to know each other and transition that into a babysitter role that would allow mom and dad to go out approx once/week. We may need to evolve that into an expanded role in the future, pending some upcoming medical procedures. We have one cat.
