Nanny Needed For 1 Child

Seeking a trustworthy, experienced nanny for our 10-month-old daughter. There can be some flexibility for days and times in December and January if that works for you, or full coverage 8:30-1:30 depending on your availability/preference and coordinating our schedules as I build up my work schedule. Responsibilities: Engaging her in a warm, loving manner in age-appropriate interactions and play, caregiving activities (diapering, putting down for nap, preparing and serving simple meals), light cleaning during naptime (e. g., picking up toys, washing bottles and post-meal cleanup). Being fully present, so no phone out. Seeking someone experienced in or open to learning about RIE (Respect for Infant Educaring). We would enthusiastically share RIE resources like books/audiobooks, podcast recs, and teach you about it/nerd out with you.
