We are looking for a reliable educator and caregiver who is patient and kind. Our 3. 5-year-old goes to preschool on Monday and Wednesday mornings, and we may occasionally need help with pickup at 12:30 in Carlsbad. Our 18-month-old would need full time care and meal prep. I work in education and will provide a rhythm of activities for both children to help facilitate your days, as well as a calendar with free outing ideas. We prefer a Montessori approach, fostering independence, resilience, and social-emotional development. Most of all, we want someone who will be comfortable and blend into our home and family.
