After School Nanny Needed For 3 Children (11, 15, 15) In San Diego

I (dad) have been working virtually for years now and am the one the kids come home to after school. I would like some help off-loading some of the care activities I do, which include organizing / planning after school snacks (sometimes full meals from the freezer, refrigerator, or take-out), light laundry, and light dishes. There are some activities to drive to as well for our 10-year-old, and we need someone who can hopefully do a bun (or can learn to do a bun!) for her ballet days. The main work is interacting with the children and helping them transition from after school to snack time, and then from eating to settling down to homework. The high schoolers (freshmen) are still learning how to manage their time, so there are some check-ins (for one of the 15-year-olds mainly), who has some procrastination, and some baseline anxiety
