K is 4 months old and has done great with a structured schedule. He typically wakes around 6:30 a.m. and breastfeeds. Mom goes to work around 7 and we will need someone here at 7 sharp to take care of him. At this age, he eats next at 10, 1, 4, and 7 p.m. After feedings, he plays for about 1. 5-2 hrs and naps for 1-1. 5 hrs. Schedule will evolve with time. Bedtime is around 7:30 p.m. We will need someone at home with him from around 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Could do 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. if a 10 hour day is desired.
