I'm seeking a part-time nanny/mother's helper for 1 child (11 months) for 15 hours weekly, potentially ramping to full-time in the future. Looking for someone who is grounded, trustworthy, positive, communicative, and comfortable with a variety of responsibilities/flexible to slide between providing support for mom, care for baby, and care for home. That might mean folding laundry side by side, starting on dinner, running errands for me, light tidying, nature outings, or playing with my daughter while I work - it will just depend on the day.
