My daughter has special needs she has autism and is none verbal with that comes few challenges and responsibilities 1. Reliability, ponctuality, reliable transportation. 2. This job can be physically straining, which means it's not suitable for individuals with back issues or can't keep up with the a toddler's energy. 3. Because of my child's special needs she needs to be watched very carefully, phone distraction or other devices can put her life at risk if she chokes, alternatively She needs to be engaged with activities, reading, play, songs , etc. 4. Every child is different, there's a learning curve, she is more unique in her needs I will be providing some training to keep the routine that she is accostumed to, which is best for her progress and well being. I hope this information gives you an better idea on the way forward.
