In-house Sitter For 12 Month Old!

We're looking for a part time nanny/sitter for our 12-month-old in our home. We need someone consisAtent, who is fully vaccinated, and we'd prefer someone who has had children of their own. We have a set routine for our little guy and we would like to make sure the routine stays in place. We currently are working on 3-4 hour wake windows so two naps a day. My husband works from home and will always be around! My son loves looking at books. He loves to be sung to! Eating, we are working on him self feeding. He needs diaper changes. Light food prep (cut fruits/veg). We're looking for someone who understands the importance of consistency for a baby. We need someone we can rely on and know they will be there and on time. Also, someone who knows if they are under the weather, to stay home and just give us plenty of notice! We have a parking spot in the garage. We have a dog and cats. They are all pretty friendly.
