Nanny Needed For 1 Child In San Diego

I return to work on Aug 12. I work from home and I need part-time care for my baby so I can focus on work. The hours would be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. I would love someone who is attentive to my child's needs, consistent with job responsibilities, and can take initiative on child care situations with minimal input from me. Health & safety is a priority for me, so I need someone who is knowledgeable in that area. My child is the center of my world and I wish I could be the one taking care of her 24/7 but I can't, so I need someone I can trust to help me. I also have two cats, so if you're allergic it may not be a good fit. Please let me know if you're interested!
