Day-time Part-time Nanny For 9 Month Old / End Of July Start Date

Looking for a part-time nanny for my babygirl who's going to be 9 months at the job start date. Looking for somebody for 3-4 hours a day to take my baby on a walk to the park, playground, within walking distance. Potentially with time, you could take her to other parks within 15 min drive. Could be great if you can feed her pre-cooked lunch and play at home. Could be great if nanny will have occasional availability for date nights or weekend hours. My husband and I work from home so one of us if not both will be always home. Looking for somebody who has experience taking care of infants. Bonus points for Russian or Arabic speaker.
