Nanny For 1 Infant In San Clemente Whose Mom Works Full-Time, Mostly From Home

We are looking for a wonderful nanny in San Clemente for our first and only daughter, who was born in July 2024. I (mom) am on maternity leave until Jan. 2025, at which point I will go back to work part-time until mid-Feb., when the plan is to resume full-time work. I am a civil rights attorney and mostly work remotely from home, but there will be days I will be gone all day. Her father has full-time work out of the house. My parents also live in San Clemente and hope to spend lots of time with their granddaughter. For that reason, we have some flexibility on the daily schedule and could accommodate regular days off. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (because we have one 35-pound dog who is a bit of a monkey), who is CPR certified, and who has college degree. Fluency in Spanish would be a bonus!
