Nanny For 4-month-old Girl

We're looking for a caregiver for our 4-month-old daughter twice per week at our home once mom goes back to work in January. Both parents work full-time and our 2-year-old son is in daycare 3x per week. The kids' grandmas care for them on other days. Light housework and occasional meal prep for dinner would be expected. Detailed care instructions will be given and one of us is always available for texts/calls during the day. We also have 2 small dogs that will mostly lay around but can be crated at any time. Ending time would be latest 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and a little earlier on Fridays. If our son is sick or has to stay home from daycare for some reason, it's possible we'd ask you to care for them both. We plan to have a nanny until she is 2 years old before being put in daycare so ideally we are looking for someone who is looking for a longer term position. A little about us: Dad (39) is a plumber and mom (34) works in Human Resources. If we're not home we like to be with our family/friends, camping or other activities. We don't plan on having more children. We're looking for someone who loves babies/kids, is CPR certified, has reliable transportation and who wants to nanny for a family for a couple of years.
