About the job
We have 3 kids and a 4th due mid April. My husband is an ER doctor with a very inconsistent schedule. Ill be on maternity leave through July but I'm home to establish a caregiver before I return to work. I hoping to find someone to help me with the four kids after school with dinner prep, bedtime prep, light housework. Whether the caregiver specifically focuses on baby, the bigger kids, or meal prep and housekeeping can be negotiated. Our long term goal is to have someone that will be comfortable with our kids while I'm at least home, and then expanding the care to nights when my husband and I can go out by ourselves. We can be semi-flexible with schedules, but ultimately we need someone to help me on the evenings (possibly mornings) my husband works.
