Nanny Needed For 1 Infant Staring Mid-October

We are having a baby in April and are looking for a full-time nanny starting in mid-October for our what will be 6-month infant (care. com won't let me put a start date that far out, so it shows September instead). Schedule would be M-F 8-5 p.m. We are thinking we'd like to have a nanny until baby is about 2 years old when we'll transition to a daycare setting, so it would be a longer-term position. Must be comfortable with pets since we also have fur babies: 2 large dogs (one German Shepherd mix and one Belgian Malinois mix) and 2 cats. We also would love to find someone for childcare for occasional evening and weekends for date nights, etc, which could be the same person or not.
