Hoping to find a wonderful fit for our family. We have a 4-year-old girl and 7-year-old girl who are both in school and do a few structured activities after. They are engaging and love life. We have a 5-month-old boy who is growing and happy and wants to be in the mix. This role is open to adaptation - we've had a nanny before who is like family and we know that the right fit will proactively and naturally grow and fit to help our family unit in different ways at different times. We are looking for someone to help with some home management (partnering on logistics, calendering, light home organization and groceries) and some nannying (stroller walks, naptime, baby play, and some babysitting time here and there with older gals as well).
