Our current nanny is entering a graduate degree program, and we are looking to fill her spot. I work from home and need childcare for my two kids on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. My 4-year-old is in kindergarten in the mornings so most days will primarily be the 2-year-old. Both children take afternoon naps. We're a laid-back family and I like for our nannies to feel that they have the freedom to set the schedule for the kids while they are with them.
