Searching For A Part Time Nanny For My Little One (under 1 Year Old)

My mother and I both wfh from my house and have been able to look after my son these last few months. However, now as he's getting older, more active, and curious I'm looking for someone to care for him for a few hours in the morning while we wfh so we can have dedicated working time. Right now my husband is on a shifted work schedule where has Th and F off so we're looking for a nanny to fill the gaps MTW. My son wakes up around 7 a.m. and has 2-2. 5 hour wake windows where he will eat and play, then nap anywhere from 30 min-1. 5 hours. He is just getting started on solids, but mostly drinking formula/breastmilk in bottles with some random breastfeeding throughout the day. He loves going on walks around the neighborhood in his stroller, reading books, and exploring. We're ideally looking for someone who can do enrichment activities.
