Looking For An Afternoon Nanny For Our Two-year-old Boy

I am looking for a nanny for our 2-year-old son. He has an autism diagnosis, so experience working with autistic children is a plus. He is a pretty normal 2-year-old, but he is not talking yet. He has some verbal communication but it is limited. We live within walking distance of a park with two playgrounds. Our son loves to go to the park and play. He likes taking walks and climbing and his favorite toys are puzzles right now. Our son attends therapy in the mornings, so we need someone to pick him up after and then bring him home and watch him until I get home from work between 4:30 and 6 p.m. However some days, maybe 2-3 days a month, I do need help mornings and can offer additional hours.
