Seeking Responsible, Compassionate Infant Nanny

We're a kind, professional (marketing & science policy) couple looking for a nanny to come to our home and care for our 3-month-old son while we work mostly from home. We would value someone with strong childcare, and specifically infant, experience who will show our son warmth and playfulness while helping him eat, play, and sleep during the day, including feeding, diaper changes, and developmental play (tummy time, singing). Ideally, we are looking for someone for the next 1-2 years. We live in the Land Park neighborhood in Sacramento and we also have two very sweet cats. Qualities & skills required - 5+ years in childcare experience with infant experience - Responsible, kind, and playful - Up-to-date on all vaccines, including COVID, flu, RSV, T-DAP - Non-smoker - CPR and First Aid Certified - References
