Needing someone very flexible with my husband and my crazy 12 hour work schedules. My husband works 72 hours on 72 hours off. I work 13 12 hour shifts a month which are usually pretty flexible. Our baby loves moving around exploring his surroundings and playing with his dogs. Pretty easygoing most days
