Part Time 3 Mo. Old Regular Nanny

We are looking for a nanny 3 days a week once our little boy, comes. Thinking about a start date in May. I work from home so would be upstairs in meetings but would be down to have lunch with him and in between meetings interact with him- so it's important our nanny really becomes part of our family. We live right by several parks in walking distance. Would like to have our nanny help with his laundry, meals for him (bottles in the beginning), light clean up around the house, etc. Hours are 7am-2 p.m. Tuesday- Thursday (3 days) with occasional weekend date nights.
