Looking For Help With Special Needs Daughter

Hello, we are looking for a nanny for our daughter who is 3 years old. Looking for someone flexible as we already have a nanny. We are looking to fill days that our nanny is gone or on a vacation. This job could become permanent depending on how it goes and if our nanny chooses to stay with us. We are just finding a backup for now. We are open to having a conversation about hours and timing but are going to take our time to select anyone. We hope that the new nanny will be apart of our household just like our current one is.
