Nanny Needed For My Active 7 Month Old

My wife and I are looking to try a nanny in more of a babysitting role with a future of a set schedule if you are the right fit. We are looking for someone with experience in providing care for infants. Our baby is 7 months old and very active. A typical day consists of diaper changes, bottles, walks, and playing with various toys. She enjoys playing in her activity center and walker. Our baby has a very big personality and short attention span. She is generally very happy and giggly, but requires a lot of entertainment as she has a short attention span. She does struggle with new people which is why we want to start out as more of a babysitting role to get her used to her caregiver and vice versa.
