We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our team and manage daily operations at Miss Dawn's Daycare & Preschool. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to create a nurturing and educational environment for children, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs. Hire, train, and manage a team of qualified teachers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child's progress. Manage the preschool's budget, enrollment, and administrative tasks, including billing and record-keeping. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children and staff by enforcing health and safety policies. Plan and execute events, parent-teacher meetings, and other community-building activities.
