Daytime nanny needed for 3 young children; schedule for the kids is a 2-2-3 shared custody setup: M/T on, W/Th off, F/S/S on, then switch M/T off, W/Th on, F/S/S off, then repeat. Ideal hours would be from noon to 5 on alternating weekdays and occasionally on a Saturday (job would be 2 weekdays one week, then 3 the next). During these hours, the kiddos could benefit from structured activities and play; the 2-year-old and little one may nap for bits of this period.
