I have a varying schedule as a trial attorney. I go to court maybe once/ twice a week except when I am in trial. Most days even when I'm in court I am home by noon/ 1 p.m. I only need someone on those days but my schedule varies month to month. I can start scheduling everything on for example Tuesdays to accommodate the caregiver or whatever day they are available. But there are weeks when I'm in trial that I need someone daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
