Nanny Needed For Twin Girls

Hello, my name is Astrid, I have twin girls that are almost 13 months old. I am looking for a nanny for the girls who can accommodate to our schedules. I plan to go back to work. I have stayed with my twins up until this point. They eat solids are on a sleep schedule. We are looking for someone who can primarily speak to the girls in Spanish. English is okay but we do primarily speak Spanish to the twins. I do have a dog in the home she's small pup but is also behind the adult who's home. I can speak further about what kind of person we are looking for.
