Nurturing Mother's Helper Needed Mon-Fri 12-5pm (Now-May 2025)

Seeking a part-time nurturing and attentive Mother's Helper for our family dedicated to caring for our 3 and 6-year-old sons. Monday-Friday 12:00PM-5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development, possess warmth, competence, and a positive demeanor, with proven experience in toddler care and a mindfulness approach. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the children's laundry and organizing their belongings to maintain order. - Supporting the 6-year-old outside of kindergarten hours (8:30am-2:45pm) and assisting the 3-year-old after the homeschool pod (which ends at 12:30pm). - Familiarity with creative sensory activities is advantageous. - Engaging the children in stimulating activities such as playtime, reading, nature walks, and visits to the local park.
