About the job
Our son was born 3. 5 months prematurely, so we have listed his adjusted age according to his due date rather than birthdate. He will be about 4. 5 months old when I will need to go back to work, so he will need someone who is well experienced in childcare and can provide lots of interaction time, is responsive, and can offer age appropriate activities. We also need someone who will not have a lot of contact with sick individuals, as our son is at higher risk for health complications if he gets sick. We have a cat, so it's important to be mindful of closing doors. Our son takes 4-5 naps a day and will need to be bottle fed while I'm at work. It would be nice if we could find a caregiver who speaks a second language for social and language development skills, but this is not a requirement. Seeking someone who is very good at communication
