I have a newly walking 15-month-old who is climbing over everything. He can be appeased when he cries by a hug and snuggling up to watch Curious George, Little Bear, or one of his three favorite videos preschool teachers. Hes a happy dude most of the time, really likes women. He has 2 retrievers in the apartment who dont need to be walked, but sometimes they play and the baby needs to be held back from trying to join in. He just needs to be prevented from going in cabinets, but is given evenings for some 10 minute structured play to work on motor skills and time in between for open play with whatever he wants that seems safe. Nightly schedule is snacks, play, dinner, bath and more play until yawns start. Then its a last bottle with white noise and snuggles until he falls to sleep. We will provide training on all of it.
