Are you active, hands-on and ready for a long-term full-time commitment? This Redondo Beach family has an active 3. 5-year-old and a newborn and are looking for the next great fit for their family. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years full-time experience, live within a 30 minute commute of Redondo Beach, be up to date on Infant and child CPR and First Aid as well as up to date on all vaccines including flu and Covid boosters. This beautiful family has 2 working parents that balance a split work from home/office schedule so nanny must be flexible with changes due to parents occasional commute days. They are looking for someone that can join their parenting team and work with their style of hands on learning for their little ones, teaching life skills as a parent/nanny team and helping out to keep the house functioning. This position offers a guaranteed 40 hours a week with the opportunity for over-time paid at 1. 5x. They also offer accruable paid sick and vacation time. This position is a payroll only position so please only apply if you are open and understanding of payroll, preferably if you have worked in a payroll position in the past.
