We are expecting our first child at the end of June. We both work 10 24 hours shifts per month on separate rotating schedules so we would need someone whose schedule is also flexible. We would need a caregiver/nanny about 2-4 nights per month when we both are at work and then about 5 mornings every month where one of us is getting off work and the other one is going to work. We have a 4 bedroom, 2. 5 bath house so for the overnight caregiving, you would have your own room and space to yourself for rest. On the days that we are both working, if we are unable to secure childcare during the day, then we would potentially need you to be there for the whole 24 hours. We are still exploring all options but would love to talk with some potential candidates who think this type of schedule might work for them.
