Part-time Nanny Needed For Joyful 1-year-old In Redlands

We seek a nurturing, responsive part-time nanny for our 12-month-old. Baby F is a friendly, playful extrovert who enjoys being outside, singing, and engaging with others. She is very charming and makes us laugh daily. I start a job this fall and we need a nanny to help us for 6-8 hours a week. We are a high-nurture family, meaning that we respond when she's upset, promote her autonomy and exploration, don't let her cry it out, and will prioritize someone with a similar approach. We are academics with pretty flexible schedules. We will work from home sometimes while the nanny is there, but we won't micro-manage you. We are looking for someone who also has some flexibility. We haven't yet decided on a specific schedule and are open to working with the right person to choose hours and days, especially this summer.
