Weekend Childcare For 3 Kids

I'm looking for someone who can provide occasional childcare in my home on the weekends for 12 hour shifts. Must be comfortable with pets, I have a large but very sweet Saint Bernard and a kitten. Current CPR certification is a must. Our ideal candidate will be patient, caring, and creative. My kids love to do crafts, play outside, build Legos, and play board games. They'll need all 3 meals, with just basic mealtime cleanup, and diaper changes for the youngest. No baths or bedtime help. The biggest challenge will be keeping the older 2 from fighting and redirecting them when they do, but keeping them busy playing, either together or separate and off of screens is the simplest way to do so. They're fun kids with great silly imaginations who just love to play and get dirty.
