ISO EXCEPTIONAL sitter who is proactive, creative, responsible, and all around WONDERFUL with kids. We value emotional intelligence, thinking outside-the-box, and attunement. We need someone who ADDS to our family through championing our kids personal development, problem solving, personal responsibility, and all around flourishing. We want someone PROACTIVE, creative, self-aware, and an incredible guide to kids. We need someone who can also do light housework and meal prep, without that overshadowing quality time with the kids. This may include taking the kids on one outing weekly using our vehicle. Also, there is the potential to have one paid prep hour weekly in order to plan activities, crafts, baking, and so on.
