Busy professional family looking for a fun and extremely organized nanny to help with their three children (7, 10, 12). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years experience with school aged children as well as experience tutoring/helping with homework. Priority is given to those with ECE credits/experience but is not required. Schedule would primarily be 3-8 M-F with flexibility for a couple of later date nights each week and the option to add personal assistant/family assistant work for the right candidate in order to get more hours. Family is comfortable guaranteeing 25 hours each week at $30-35/hr DOE paid via payroll. This family is looking for someone extremely detail oriented, willing to dive in and help and able to be flexible as the kids schedules change last minute. Clean driving record and safe reliable vehicle are a must as the nanny will be driving children to after school activities, play dates etc. Ideal candidate will be fun and silly but able to help the kids focus and stay on task when needed.
