Were looking for a kind, proactive nanny to help care for our 2-year-old and 3-year-old (almost 4). This is a part-time position w daytime hours. Long term for year+ Recurring Care for 2-year-old (naps around 10- 11 a.m. daily) Light housekeeping /meal prep during downtime Occasional organization or tidying while the 2-year-old naps or the older child goes to My Gym/ Lessons. Preferred qualities: Spanish speaking Proactive & helpful when not directly engaged w/ the children Spanish-speaking Reliable, warm, and good with routines Both mom, dad work from home & are available most of time. We're around if needed, but also respect your space & appreciate initiative while being part of the flow of the home
