Caregiver/household Helper Needed

I need a caregiver for my 22-year-old daughter/ helper around the house. We have a cat and a very friendly golden retriever. My daughter needs help with several things like getting drinks, medication, and ice packs. We use a syringe and put drinks and medication directly into her mouth. She is paralyzed on her left side and she has severe pain. She needs help on and off the commode. She needs someone that is kind, caring and won't be offended if we need things a certain way. We can't have any perfumes here at all. I work from home, but occasionally leave for meetings. She doesn't like caregivers to hover over her and only wants them around when she needs help. I'll also need help cleaning the house, doing laundry, dishes, taking out the trash and other household things when she doesn't need help.
