Need A Newborn Sitter/ Flexible Hours And Days

I am a new mom with a 10-week-old boy returning to work part time. I need someone with experience with newborns, loving and has a flexible schedule. I may need help last minute as my job requires and the hours may vary each day. We are an easygoing Christian family. I would love to find someone who shares our values. He's getting more active, loves his bouncer and is getting good at tummy time. He's mostly happy with smiles and coos. Only cries when he needs something really. He's a very sweet boy. We are working on building good sleeping habits. He naps every hour and half right now, usually 4 naps a day. He is exclusively breast fed but has learned to take a bottle. He also has a pacifier for naps if needed. Someone who is loving and kind and enjoys babies. Should have some experience with newborns. There is plenty of parking. I have a chihuahua, his name is snoopy. He is 10 years old. He can be a little protective but once he gets to know you he will love you. He's easy, just sleeps and needs to bs let out to go potty.
