About the job
We have two children, aged 5 and 5 months. I'll be returning to work in April, but I do work from home. I'll need support with my 5-month-old when I start work again mostly playing and engaging her. I am exclusively breastfeeding so not a ton of help for feeding will be necessary. I need light housework done when the baby is napping, likely no more than helping with dishes here and there and picking up our pretty tidy home. I really just want to find someone to lend a helping hand so I can focus on work when needed and someone who meshes well with me and my family. Helping to pick up my 5-year-old from school occasionally would be nice too, her school is only 5 minutes driving from our house. Hours and days are still very up in the air, I'm happy to work with someone who needs flexibility.
