Looking for a full time nanny beginning sometime in April (I am flexible w dates) I have a 2-year-old son who goes to preschool 3 times a week, I will need help with drop offs & pick ups. I am due with twins in early may, maybe late April & will really need the extra hands. Mostly to help with my 2-year-old. But to also help with the twins at times. As well as light housekeeping. Would love to have someone who has worked with twins before
