Job Number 10417 Location: Portola Valley Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. Family can guarantee 40-45 hours per week Children: 7, 11 and 13-year-olds Duties: Childcare, driving children, purchasing children's items, attending children's classes. The family is highly flexible regarding the Family Assistant duties required. While all the following tasks are not mandatory, the Family Assistant should be enthusiastic about performing at least a few of the following responsibilities: light housekeeping, laundry and cooking for family, pet care such as feeding, walking, and taking dog to the groomers, grocery shopping, household errands, family event planning, managing the family calendar, and scheduling vendors. Requirements: Ideal Candidate must be organized, professional, service-oriented, intelligent, positive, patient, and easy-going. Must have good common sense, good judgment, be a quick learner, tech savvy, and have a good sense of humor. Candidate must be comfortable supporting a child who has mild neurodivergence. Prioritizing tasks and children are required, enabling parents to work consistently from home. Candidate must drive, children's school is 30 minutes from home. Family provides car for use while working. Candidate must also be comfortable with a large dog. Salary: $80, 000-$90, 000 per year plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays and a monthly medical stipend
