Afternoon Care Needed For 1 Special Needs Young Adult In Pleasanton

We need someone to work with my 18yo daughter in the afternoons. We need someone to pick her up from her transition program at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. We need someone to stay with her until 6 p.m. When I arrive home from work. If you are also able to do 8-9 a.m. on Wednesdays to bring her to the program that morning it would be a plus for us but not required. There also may be opportunities for additional one off care times to cover other needs if you are available for additional care. My daughter is a very happy, funny, and fairly independent special needs young adult. She can basically take care of herself but does need someone with her to ensure that she is safe and productive.
