About the job
I run a small in home daycare for infants and toddlers. I have 1 assistant and I am looking for another assistant for the afternoons (hours may increase in the future as my business expands). I am looking for someone who is calm and nurturing. Ideally you have experience with infants/toddlers and you are familiar with Waldorf education philosophy. I am also willing to train someone if I feel they are the right fit in terms of personality and willingness to learn. We will all share the responsibilities of playing, feeding, diaper changing, and putting to sleep. The environment is very gentle and sweet. I want my home and my daycare to be stress free and full of laughter and love.
