Loving And Enthusiastic Caregiver Needed For Two Sweet And Active Boys, Ages 1 And 3

Hello, we are parents to 2 very sweet and active little boys, ages 1 and 3. We both work full time in health care and need a caregiver who is reliable, compassionate, and professional. We both work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be on our work campus on Wednesdays. We need a caregiver on all three of those days. Our 3-year-old will be in preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-12:30 p.m. and we will handle drop off and pick up. After his school day, he will return to spend the rest of the afternoon at home with 1-year-old brother and caregiver. Caregiver job duties will include light meal prep, diaper changes, playing with our children, putting 1-year-old down for nap, and making sure both boys are safe and fed. Our current nanny has been with us for approximately 2. 5 years and has been like family to us but she will be moving out of state in September. Our youngest son loves to explore and climb on everything. Both boys love to snuggle and are very affectionate once they warm up to someone new. Our oldest is working with a speech pathologist and is progressing nicely with speech, however, he is needing support with building his confidence to use more words when out in public or with new people. He tends to be very shy at first. He is going to start potty training soon.
