Assistant Needed At Waldorf Infant Daycare

I run a small, in home, Waldorf, infant daycare. I am looking to hire someone to help me out in the afternoons. I am trying to expand the daycare in the next year and I would love to have whoever I hire now stay with me and work full time in the future. If we work together, we can make that happen sooner than later. My daycare is sweet and simple. I am looking for someone with a calm demeanor. Ideally you have experience with infants and Waldorf style education. If not, I am willing to teach someone who is a great fit for me and my environment. If you are good at social media, that would be helpful too. The job entails playing and singing with babies and toddlers, diapering, feeding, cleaning and cooking.
