Nanny In Penryn For 3 Year Old

We are looking for an energetic, creative and patient nanny for our 3 almost 4-year-old little girl. Our daughter does well with routine. We believe in affirmations, logical reinforcement of expected behaviors and redirection of interest to create a supportive environment. She loves outside play and engaging games. She loves books, music and playgrounds. We would like someone who is comfortable planning educational activities and taking her to the library and gymnastics.
