Hello, My wife and I are looking for a part time nanny for our 2-year-old son that will include morning and evening coverage (a few times/week) and some all-day weekend coverage. One of us works about 12+ hr days and every other weekend. The other works 13+ hr days with 6-12 shifts/month. On the days we both work, we will need morning and evening coverage on weekdays and all day on weekends. Weekdays: 5 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. (when we leave for work - drop off at daycare at 7am) until 5:30/6 p.m. - 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. (day care closure - when we get home) Weekends: 5 a.m. - 7 p.m. It is important for us to find someone who will be dependable and reliable as neither of us have the option to call out for work.
